I&#039;m in business for myself. A benefit of that is I get to help people who become my customers - but when people cross the line and make demands of me like this guy did - then I set a boundary.

If they try to cross over that boundary, I either ignore them, or reinforce it.

If someone steps on my toes, my priority isn&#039;t to make that person smile. My priority is to get the person to stop stepping on my toes.
